Live a balanced life

Here is a sample menu:

Breakfast:
grapefruit AND poptarts (frosted)

Lunch:
salad AND french fries

Dinner:
tofu & rice AND doritos or cake

Late evening:
laugh at a tv show AND feel bad about yourself for watching tv

Nighttime:
go to sleep AND have nightmares that keep you from sleeping or relaxing

Morning:
be glad you don’t have to lie in bed upset and trying to sleep anymore, AND start the day again and go to work.

So do you see how everything is in balance? it is really important. this is how you live a life. it is really really really really important.
